Refund policy for Services: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no scheduled session has taken place. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional fees. Once a session has started, no refunds will be issued, as time and resources have been allocated.

Info Products

Info Products include digital guides, templates, and tutorials on lightweight consulting methodologies. Purchases are available immediately upon payment.

Refund policy for Info Products: Due to the digital nature of Info Products, all purchases are final. No refunds are available, ensuring the integrity of the material and preventing unauthorized distribution.

Goods

Goods include printed materials and branded merchandise. Physical items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Refund policy for Goods: Customers may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. To initiate a refund or exchange, contact us through our contact form with order details and photographic evidence of the issue. Upon approval, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Items must be sent back in original condition.
